SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 4.
1. The Purchaser shall allow a right of way, over a line to be approved by the District Officer, to Lot No. 4225.
2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 133 a sum, to be assessed by the District Officer after purchase, not exceeding $25.00.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL Nos. 5, 6, 10 and 11.
1. Reasonable facilities for access to the graves on the lots shall be given at the Ching Ming and Chung Yeung Festivals to the persons entitled, in the opinion of the District Officer, to worship at the graves.
2. No cultivation will be allowed within 15 feet of the existing graves.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 7.
1. The Purchaser shall pay to the Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 138 a sum, to be assessed by the District Officer after purchase, not exceeding $10.00.
2. Reasonable facilities for access to the grave on the lot shall be given at the Ching Ming and Chung Yeung Festivals to the persons entitled, in the opinion of the District Officer, to whorship at the grave.
3. No cultivation will be allowed within 15 feet of the existing grave.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL No. 8.
The purchaser shall pay to the Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 583 a sum, to be assessed by the District Officer after purchase, not exceeding $5.00.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO SERIAL Nos. 14 AND 15.
The Purchaser shall pay to the Licensee of Forestry Lot No. 295 a sum, to be assessed by the District Officer after purchase, not exceeding $20.00.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SERIAL No. 15.
1. The Purchaser shall allow a right of way to lot No. 45 over a route to be approved by the District Officer.
2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Government a sum of $5.00 as compensation for the trees growing on the lot.
3. Reasonable facilities for access to the grave on the lot shall be given at the Ching Ming and Chung Yeung Festivals to the persons entitled, in the opinion of the District Officer, to worship at the grave.
4. No cultivation will be allowed within 15 feet of the existing grave.
