No. S. 398.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at 11.30 a.m., on Tuesday, the 21st day of October, 1941.

The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Serial Nos. 1 to 6 as Building Lots and Serial Nos. 7 to 11 as Agricul- tural Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notifica- tion No. 364 of 1934, as amended by Government Notification No. 50 of 1940. Serial Nos. 1 to 6 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 2 (a), and (b) excepting rules (1), (2) and (3), and further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 3 and 4, and Serial Nos. 7 to 11 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a), (b) and (c), in the above-mentioned Government Notification. Serial Nos. 9 and 11 are further subject to the Special Conditions hereunder specified.
