broke Grove, London, W.10, Englan, Manu- facturers, have on the 13th day of May, 1941, applied for registration in ilong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks. of the following

SUNBEAM-TALBOT

in the name of Sunbeam-Talbot Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants since 4th October, 1938, in respect of the following goods: —

Motor vehicles having four or more

wheels and chassis and parts there- for, in Class 22.

The word "Talbot as a Trade Mark is

deemed to be distinctive of the applicants

be the sole Proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 12 in respect of Chinese Choppers and Scissors

The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "SHING KEE" appearing thereon.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
