Beacon Adrift.

Position. Lat. 15° 45' 38" N., long. 119° 52' 02" E. (Approx.).

Details.-Beacon No. 2 in the inner harbour at Santa Cruz Zambales is reported as

being adrift.

INDIAN OCEAN-COCOS ISLANDS.

Position.-Lat. 12° 05′ 20′′ S., long. 96° 52′ 50′′ E. (Approx.).

Details.-(a) The light on the W/T Mast has been extinguished.

(b) The outer buoy is now surmounted by a yellow flag.

(c) Signals, if any, will be made from the South point of Horsburg Island

instead of from Direction Island.
