MALAYA-EAST COAST-KUANTAN RIVER.

Obstruction Laid.

Details.-(a) An obstruction has been laid across the mouth of the Kuantan River from Tanjong Lumpur to the foreshore between Tanjong Api and the mouth of the Sungei Galing Kechil.

(b) The gate in this obstruction which is about 60 feet wide, when open will be marked on the ends of the obstruction on either side of the gate, by a Green Flag by day, and a Green Light by night.

Note. (c) The absence of flags or lights indicates that the gate is closed.

Depth. There is a least depth of 14 fathoms over Johnson Rock.
