No. S. 354.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Wongneichong Development, Road Formation-2nd Section", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of September, 1941. The contract comprises all cutting and filling necessary to complete the formation of that section of Blue Pool Road which lies between Broom Road and Tai Hang Road, together with all turfing, drainage and contingent works.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $3,000.00 with the Accountant-General.

Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.

A tender is received only on the condition that it shall remain open for acceptance for twenty-one clear days after the date of its submission.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 355.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked Tender for Construction of a Timber Pier at Aberdeen", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of September, 1941, for the construction of a timber pier opposite A.I.L. 85, Wu Nam Street, Aberdeen.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $2,000.00 with the

Accountant-General.

Any tenderer may be required as a condition of the consideration or acceptance of his tender to supply full particulars of the constitution of his firm.

A tender is received only on the condition that it shall remain open for acceptance

for twenty-one clear days after the date of its submission.
