Mi Road, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, has on the 9th day of June, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

of No. 14, Hamilton Street, ground floor, Mongkok, in the Dependency of Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong, have by an application dated the 14th day of May, 1941, applied for the registration in Hong

Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

局藥祥安保

牌河黄

in the name of the said Po On Cheung Medicine Shop, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the applicants, but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of Medicated articles in class 3.

The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the

Chinese characters “黄河’

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

A representation of the said mark is deposit- ed for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks.

The Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word and letter "Sam A" and the Chinese character
