in the name of John D. Hutchison & Company, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The above trade mark has been used by the Applicants on the following dates in respect of the following goods, viz :----
in Class 4. Linseed oil, since the year |
1930.
in Class 38, Singlets, shirts, shoes and other articles of clothing from the year 1904 to 1932 and again in use during recent years.
The present application for registration in Class 38 in respect of singlets, shirts, shoes and other articles of clothing is for export to and sale in countries other than Philippine Islands, Java, Malaya and Thailand.
This trade mark is registered by consent of Hing Yip Knitting Factory in respect of the above goods in Class 38.
in Class 50, Emery powder, Emery cloth, Glass paper and Canvas hose since the year 1920.
