The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 20 in respect of Fire Crackers. The "KAKA & TWIN BOYS" and "KAKA KUTUB MINAR" Trade Marks are associated with each other and with the two trade marks of pending application No. 198/1941.
Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the following:-
(a) The words “A CENTURY PRODUCT”.
(b) The letters "F. C." and the representation of fire, when such letters and representation appear otherwise than as shown in the mark.
