Any creditor or shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said Com- pany under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or shareholder of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charges for the

same.
