URBAN COUNCIL OFFICE.

No. S. 318.-In accordance with section 53 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 15 of 1935, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect a permanent Public Flush Latrine on the north-west corner of Aberdeen Inland Lot No. 63 to replace the privately owned latrine on Aberdeen Inland Lot No. 76.

If any owner or occupier in the immediate vicinity of such site objects to such erection, the objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than Friday, the 15th day of August, 1941.
