hereby given that The Friesland Trading Company, Limited of No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong the 24th day of April 1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

in the name of the Friesland Trading Company, Limited, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in. Class 42 in respect of Condensed milk, fresh milk, evaporated milk, preserved milk, dried milk, milk food, cream, sterilised cream, butter and cheese, powdered milk, sterilised milk and skimmed milk.

Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
