by the Applicants but they intend to use the WAR EMERGENCY

said trade mark in Class 2 in respect of chemical substances used for agricultural and horticultural purposes and in Class 4 in respect of tapioca flour for use in manu- factures.

The trade mark in Class 2 and the trade mark in Class 4 are associated with each other.

A facsimile of such trade mark can be seen at the office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
