TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.

Application for Registration of Nine Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Chuen Sun Knitting Factory of No. 249, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria in the

Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 18th day of April,1941, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in

the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz:-

in the name of The Chuen Sun Knitting Factory who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants in Class 38 in respect of Singlets.

The Registration of the "Double Seven" and the "Seven Seven" Trade Marks shall give no right to the

exclusive use of the characters 雙七” (Double Seven) and “七七”(Seven Seven) respectively appearing

thereon.

The Registration of the "Double Seven" and the "Seven Seven" Trade Marks is limited to the colours as shown on the specimen marks affixed to the two forms of application for registration.

The "Double Seven" and "Seven Seven" Trade Marks are associated with each other and with Trade Mark No. 237 of 1940 and with the “Seven Seven” Trade Mark in classes 24, 25 and 38 of pending applications Nos. 15 and 16 of 1941.

The “Double Five”(雙五),the Five Five Five”(五五五) and “Three Fives”(三個五), the “Three Five”(三五) and the 三我”(Sam Ngoo) Trade Marks (all in Chinese characters) and the

“35” and the “55” (both in numerals) Trade Marks are associated with one another and with Trade Marks Nos. 317- 1937, 232 to 236 of 1940 and with the “555" Trade Mark in classes 24, 25 and 38 of pending applications Nos. 15 and 16 of 1941.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
