EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 325.-It is hereby notified that the Ngau Yin Club () has been exempted by the Officer Administering the Government-in-Council from registration under the Societies Ordinance, 1911, (Ordinance No. 47 of 1911), and the name of the said society is hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies, published in Government Notification No. 129 of 1913, under the heading "Social Clubs (Chinese)".

No. 326. It is hereby notified that the following societies have been exempted by the Officer Administering the Government-in-Council from registration under the Societies Ordinance, 1911, (Ordinance No. 47 of 1911), and their names are hereby added to the List of Exempted Societies published in Government Notification No. 129 of 1913, under the following headings:-

APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 327. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to make the following appointments under Section 19 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinances, 1903-1909, with effect from the 17th September, 1913:-

Lance-Sergeant JAMES BAKER to be a Sanitary Inspector for Stanley. Sergeant THOMAS CASHMAN to be a Sanitary Inspector for Aberdeen.

No. 328.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to recognise Herr FRANZ VON WINKLER as Acting Counsul for Austria-Hungary at Hong- kong.

No. 329.-It is hereby notified that the post of 5th Grade Assistant Master at the Yaumati English School has been rendered vacant by the absence of Mr. SO CHEUK-PAN without leave or reasonable cause, with effect from the 16th September, 1913.

No. 330. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. GEORGE ALBERT WOODCOCK to be a Magistrate with effect from this date.
