COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 152. It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Director of Medical Services, Macau, to the effect that, as from 12th April, 1941, all passengers from Hong Kong to Macau must be in possession of valid certificates of inoculation against cholera or undergo surveillance or observation for a period of five days, reckoning from the day of departure from Hong Kong.
A certificate is considered valid only if it:

(a) shews that inoculation has been performed not less than six days and not more than six months prior to the date of arrival in Macau from Hong Kong.
(b) has a photograph of holder annexed to and embossed with the official seal
of the Hong Kong Government Medical Department.
