Details.-The Barat Banks Light Buoy is adrift and the light was still flashing.

Mantanani Island-Light Established.

hereby cancelled.

Position.-Mantanani Island Light.

Lat. 00° 42′ 45" N., long. 116° 18' 10" E. (Approx.).

Details. The structure is of round tapered masonry sixteen feet high. Ileight of light above H.W.S.T. 155 feet. The light is obscured in a sector between 258° and 278°.

Description.--Flashing White every 10 seconds viz:-

flash 2 seconds.

eclipse 8 seconds.

visibility 10 miles.

Abridged Description.—Fl. ev. 10 Sec. 10 M. (U).
