business of rice dealers in co-partnership with

others under the style or firm name of the Tak

Street Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong

(hereinafter called the Trausferor) has agreed

to sell and transfer his share and interest in

the said business to Yue Hing Tong (裕 興堂) and Chi Yuen Tong (志遠堂)

of No. 20 Morrison Street Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called the Transferees) on the 21st day of April, 1941 and that the transferees intend to carry on the said business at No. 2D Morrison Street aforesaid and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the transferor in connection with the said business prior to the 21st day of April, 1941.
