SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. No alteration to the pipe-line at present running over the lot shall be permitted without reference to the District Officer, who shall decide, if alteration is permitted, on what conditions such alteration shall take place.

3. The lessee shall pay the sum of $139.74 to the permittee of Lot 698 in D.D. 179 as compensation for expenditure involved in the development of the portion of that lot involved in the present lease.,
