No. S. 128. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quadruplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Motor Vehicle Number Plates", for the period 1st April, 1941 to 31st March, 1942, will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 24th day of March, 1941.
More or less 1,000 pairs Motor Vehicle Number Plates of approved shape.
No tender will be received, unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 129.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quadruplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Photographing", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 24th day of March, 1941, for Photo- graphing, commencing from 1st April, 1941 to 31st March, 1942, certain persons, and the supply of two and in some cases more unmounted copies of each photograph.

No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt that he has deposited with the Accountant-General a sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
