Wong carrying on business as importers and exporters under the style or firm of "The Manufacturers' Trading Organiza- tion" at No. 16, Queen's Road Central has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of December, 1940 so far as concerns the said Keki Edward Mcgra who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said Holley Wong, Hokson Wong, To Cheung Chiu, Richard Paak Hau Lee and W. Y. Wong who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm of "The Manufae- turers' Trading Organization" at the same address.
