The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in the Colony of Hong Kong but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Pure madras groundnut oil in Class 42.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks
of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
