No. S. 103.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from His Majesty's Consul-General, Kunming, to the effect that as from the 15th of February, 1941, all passengers arriving by air in Yunnanfu from Hong Kong will be required to produce certificates of successful vaccination performed within the preceding year, failing which they will be required to undergo vaccination after arrival.
