No. S. 87.-It is hereby notified that separate sealed tenders in quadruplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Photographing", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 3rd day of March, 1941, for Photo- graphing, commencing from 1st April, 1941 to 31st March, 1942, certain persons, and the supply of two and in some cases more unmounted copies of each photograph.

No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt that he has deposited with the Accountant-General a sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 88.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quadruplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Rations to Indian Police", for the supply and delivery of the articles therein mentioned as required to Police Stations from the 1st April, 1941 to the 31st March, 1942 inclusive, will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 10th March, 1941.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited with the Accountant-General the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person refuses to carry out his tender.
A ration consists of the following:-

The successful tenderer will be required to sign an agreement and to give security to the satisfaction of the Government in the sum of $500.
