OTICE is hereby given that Wo Kee Hong otherwise called Woo Kee Hong Face Powder Factory, of No. 359, Lockhart Road, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 20th day of December 1940, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

The said Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of Face Powder and other Perfumery in Class 48 since the year 1936.
The said Trade Marks are associated with one another and with Trade Mark No. 340 of 1939.
The registration of the "Bird and Girl" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters (REK)
nor of the female figure device otherwise than in the manner as shown on the mark.
The registration of the "Bird and Violet" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words Violet Face Powder" nor of the Chinese characters (****) nor of the violet devices.
The registration of the "Bird and Peony" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "Bedak Botan", nor of the Chinese characters (4) nor of the representation of a peony.

Facsimiles of the said Trade Marks can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
