The Trade Marks have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use both marks in respect of Cotton piece goods of all kinds in Class 24 and in respect of Cloths and stuffs of wool, worsted or hair in Class 34.

Trade Mark No. (1) in Class 24 and Trade Mark No. (1) in Class 34 are associated with each other.

Trade Mark No. (2) in Class 24 and Trade Mark No. (2) in Class 34 are associated with each other.

NOTICE is hereby given that The Asiatic Petroleum Company (South China) Ltd. of St. Helen's Court, Great St. Helen's London, E.C.3, on the 30th day of September 1940, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

in the name of the said The Asiatic Petroleum Company (South China) Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Candles, common soap, detergents; illuminating, heating, or lubricating oils; matches; and starch, blue and other preparations for laundry purposes and especially motor oils in Class 47.
