T an extraordinary general meeting of the abovenamed company, duly convened, and held at the Man Yuen Restaurant of No. 1 Wing Wo Street, 5th floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the 13th day of December 1940 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the following resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution, namely :-
