The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in Class 42 in respect of Tea.
The Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the device of a tree otherwise than as shown on the mark.
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
