NOTICE is hereby given that The Chung's

Medicine Company of No. 59 Chiu Tin Road, Canton in the Province of Kwangtung in the Republic of China and of No. 118 Queen's Road Central, 1st floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 6th day of December 1940, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words Herbs Extracts" and the Chinese characters

(R) appearing thereon.
