No. 268.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. EDWARD ALEXANDER IRVING to be Director of Education and Mr. (EDWIN RALPHS and Mr. RICHARD CARRINGTON BARLOW to be Inspectors of Schools under the provisions of Section 4 of the the Education Ordinance, 1913, (Ordinance No. 26 of 1913), with effect from the 1st September, 1913.

No. 270.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, been pleased to appoint Mr. EDWARD DUDLEY CORSCADEN WOLFE to be Postmaster General with effect from the 19th April, 1913.
