The transfer will be completed on the 11th day of February, 1911.
The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at the said premises under the same style or firm name or such other name as they may hereafter decide and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferor in connection with the said business prior to the 11th day of February, 1941.
