OTICE is hereby given that Kian Gwan Company, India, Limited of Bank of East Asia Building, of No. 10, Des Voeux Road, Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have, by an application dated the 22nd day of October, 1940, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

in the name of the said Allen Chemical Works, Limited, who claim to be the proprietura thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicants in class 48 in respect of Per- fumery including toilet articles, preparation for the teeth and hair and perfumed soaps.

The registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "ALLEN

nor of the letter "A".

The registration of this trade mark is limited

to a combination of colours red, white and

black as shown on the specimen mark affixed

to the form of application for registration.

In use upon goods covered by the specifica-

tion other than “ Tooth paste " the mark will

be varied by the substitution of the name of

such goods for the words “ Tooth paste ".

Fascimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen

at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks

and of the undersigned.

registered in the name of Kian Gwan Company, India, Limited.
