No. 188.-It is hereby notified for general information and in pursuance of the Reso- lution made by the Legislative Council on the 12th day of June, 1913, that the Resolution of the Legislative Council dated the 31st August, 1911, shall not apply to the transhipment in Hongkong of Raw Indian Opium exported from India on a through Bill of Lading to the Island of Formosa.
