49. The licence fees to be charged for vessels in this class shall be the same as those provided for vessels in

Class II.

50. Where the Harbour Master is satisfied as to a particular vessel that the mechanical means of propulsion with which it is fitted is of such a type as to be suitable mainly as an auxiliary to sails and intended for use outside the waters of the Colony it shall be lawful for him in his discretion to suspend the application to that vessel of the requirements of regulations 43 (b) and (ƒ) and 44 (b) of this table.

AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council rescinds regulation 3 of the regulations under the heading "Blake Pier" in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance.
