2. Regulation 15A in Table U as added by Government. Notification No. 1092 in the Gazette of the 12th September, 1941, is rescinded.
3. Regulation 16 in Table U as added by Government Notification No. 1092 in the Gazette of the 12th September, 1941, is rescinded and the following is substituted therefor:
16. The licence of a vessel shall be liable to be cancelled or suspended at any time by the Harbour Master on the report of the Principal Surveyor of Ships that in his opinion any steam boiler, propelling or other machinery or fuel storage with which the vessel is fitted or equipped, are not fit for service or, if a vessel is used without having on board a crew sufficient for the requirements of the vessel or without a duly certified master and engineer or, if fuel is used other than that specified in the licence or if the maximum quantity permitted to be carried is exceeded or, if the number of fire appliances prescribed by the licence are not kept on the vessel or if these are not maintained in a sound condition or, where there is contravention of or non-compliance with any of these regulations or of the conditions of à licence.
4. In Table U at page 381 under the heading Class IV, the title thereof is rescinded and the following is sub- stituted :-
Class IV.—All other vessels of any description (except those fitted with mechanical means of propulsion) for which licence fees are not prescribed in Table T and which are not licensed in Classes I, II, III of this Table.
5. In Table U, immediately after regulation 42 is added an additional class and regulations, as follows :—
