In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Emergency Powers (Colonial Defence) Order in Council, 1939, the Emergency Powers (Colonial Defence) Amend- ment Order in Council, 1940, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor hereby makes the following regulation amending the Defence (Com- panies Temporary Transfer of Registered Office) Regulations, 1941-

Amendment.

The Defence (Companies Temporary Transfer of Regis- tered Office) Regulations, published as Government Notification No. 32 in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 5 of the 9th January, 1941, are amended by the insertion of the words "or head" after the word registered" wherever that word occurs in the title and in regulations 1, 2, 3, and 4.
