In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF TRADE, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby further amend the order published as Government Notification 989 in the Gazette Extraordinary of 20th August, 1941, and amended by Government Notification 1138 published in the Gazette of 19th September, 1941, and by Government Notification 1266 published in the Gazette of 24th October, 1941, by the insertion of the words "Indo-China and Kwang- chowwan immediately after the word Formosa in the second line of the second paragraph thereof.
