1. The Council met pursuant to adjournment. His Excellency the Governor
occupied the Chair.
2. The Attorney General moved the suspension of so much of the Standing Orders 7(1), 25(3) and 29 (2) that stood in the way of holding the meeting and passing through all its stages of the Bill to provide for the issue and re-issue by the Financial Secretary of limited legal tender subsidiary currency notes. The Colonial Secretary seconded.
