In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regula- tion 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, I, the CONTROLLER OF TRADE, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Commodities (Sale, Movement and Price) Control Order, 1941.
