I, the DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY, by virtue of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, with the approval of His Excellency the Governor, hereby make the following Order :-

The Metals (Licensing, Usage and Price) Control Order, 1941, is amended as follows:

Amendment.

Paragraph 4 of the Order is amended by the addition of the following sub-paragraph:-

(4) This paragraph shall not apply to the sale of any metals in respect of the sale of which a price is fixed by any other order.
