APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 1254. With reference to Government Notification No. 203 of 21st February, 1941, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. CHARLES COLLINGWOOD ROBERTS to be a Member of the Advisory Committee set up for the purposes of Regula- tion 18 of the Colonial Defence Regulations published as Government Notification No. 131 of 4th February, 1941, vice Mr. WALTER HEATHCOTE LOCK, resigned, with effect from 14th October, 1941.

No. 1255.-It is hereby notified that Mr. KARSTEN LARSSEN, Consul for Denmark at Hong Kong resumed charge of the Danish Consulate, on 20th October, 1941.

No. 1256.-It is notified for general information that any failure, on the part of traders in Hong Kong, to take all practicable steps to see that c.i.f. consignments are not insured by an enemy company may render them liable to prosecution under the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, No. 25 of 1914.
