tion, and thereafter, on the making of any such signal or in the event of actual attack on this Colony, however notified, this order shall come into force and remain in force until suspended by declaration of the Governor. Subject as afore- said, this order shall be in abeyance."

This amendment shall be incorporated and printed in the Second Edition of the volume of Hong Kong War Emergency Legislation prepared under the Hong Kong Defence Regula- tions, etc., (Collection and Proof) Regulations. 1941.
