5. For the purposes of this order enemy subject" and enemy have the same meanings respectively as those set out in sections 2 and 3 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914.

6. The order made by me on the 13th day of September, 1939, and published in the Gazette on the 15th day of September, 1939, as Government Notification No. 790 is hereby revoked.
