ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939.

The following persons, of ages from 18 to 45 years inclusive, shall, as from the date of publication of this list, be deemed to have been enrolled in, and to belong to, the Hong Kong Defence Reserve:-

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops, with the approval of the Governor after con- sultation with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, further amends regulation 3 (1) of Govern- ment Notification 696 published in the Gazette of 25th August, 1939, as enacted by Government Notification 943 published in the Gazette Extraordinary of 18th October, 1939, and amended by Government Notification 306 of 14th March, 1941, and Government Notification 1043 of 29th August, 1941, as follows-

In paragraph (1) of regulation 3 the list of AUXILIARY UNITS is amended by the addition of The Engineer Works Service (Public Works Department)" after The Motor Transport Unit" at the end thereof.
