ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (DUTIABLE COMMODITIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, His Excellency the Governor in Council hereby makes the following regula- tions-

There are hereby prescribed the officers who, unless otherwise provided in the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, may grant licences and permits in respect of Proprie tary Medicines and Toilet Preparations, and the fees in the following table-
