Licence is hereby granted to the above applicant to export in the vessel and on the date above-mentioned the goods described in this application, subject to the terms and conditions on the back hereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
(to be indorsed on back of licence form)
(a) This licence is not transferable and is subject to revocation without notice.
(b) This licence is valid and available only for the particular vessel and voyage and the particular consignor and consignee indicated in the application.
(c) When any article is short-shipped the applicant shall within 48 hours of the departure of the vessel report such short-shipment to the Department of the Controller of Trade, quoting the export licence number.
(d) This licence may not be altered except with the approval of an authorized officer of the Department of the Controller of Trade, and such alteration must be effected within 7 days of the original date of application.
(e) Export licences which have not been utilized for the vessel named in this application must be returned to the Department of the Controller of Trade for cancellation, within 7 days of the date of issue.
(f) Weight should be given as-tons in respect of coal, fuel oils, and Diesel oil; gallons in respect of liquor, wine, kerosene, petrol or gasoline and lubricating oils; bales in respect of mats; cubic feet or dimensions in respect of timber and wood; pounds in respect of cotton yarn; and for all other commodities it should be shown as catties or piculs.
(g) Applications for licences for the export of trucks should be countersigned in the first instance by the Traffic Department, Central Police Station.
(h) Applications for licences for the export of Hong Kong regis- tered cars should be accompanied by the licence books.
(i) Applications for licences for the export of arms, ammunition and explosives must be accompanied by approved permits issued by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports and the Police Depart- ment.
(1) Applications for licences for the export of dangerous goods must be accompanied by police removal permits.
(k) Applications for licences for the export of cotton yarn of British Empire origin must be accompanied by certificates of origin issued by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
(1) Applications for licences for the export of transmission sets or parts must be accompanied by G.P.O. wireless licences.
(m) Not more than one commodity should be entered on one application.
