Netherlands Concerns transferred to

Curacao and Batavia.

With reference to Government Notification No. 999 published in the Government Gazette of the 6th September, 1940, following is a further list of companies and concerns which the Netherlands Government has certified as having legally transferred their seats from the Netherlands :—

TRANSFERRED TO CURACAO,

Amsterdamsch Effecten-en Bankierskantoor N.V. (Amsterdam Stocks

and Banking Bureau.)

TRANSFERRED TO BATAVIA,

Assam Thee and Rubber Maatschappij “Tjimedang”.

It is hereby notified that HENRY HAROLD FANTHAM has been re-assigned from the Combatant Group to the General Group for Essential Services in the Hong Kong Defence. Reserve, under the provisions of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939.

It is hereby notified that Arthur Jack William Evans has been re-assigned from the Combatant Group to the Key-Posts Group in the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, under the pro- visions of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939.
