In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 46 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, His Excellency the Governor hereby orders that the Defence (Ship's Stores) Order, 1940, published in the Gazette of 14th June, 1940, as Government Notification 653 and appearing on page 179 of the volume of Hong Kong War Emergency Legislation, as amended by Government Notification 624 published in the Gazette of 23rd May, 1941, be further amended by the substitution of the words "Superintendent of Imports and Exports" for "Con- troller of Trade" in the third line of the first paragraph thereof.
