1. In these regulations, "the Chairman. Chairman of the Urban Council.

2. The Chairman may with the consent of the Governor at any time close the Field or any part thereof.

3. Subject to the provisions of regulation 2, the Field shall be closed during the following hours:

(a) from April 1st to September 30th-

From 8.30 p.m. to 7 a.m.

(b) from October 1st to March 31st-

From 7 p.m. to 6.30 a.m.

4. No person, unless authorized by the Chairman, shall enter, be or remain within the Field or any part thereof while the Field, or such part, is closed.

5. No person shall bring any vehicle into the Field, except perambulators.

6. No person carrying a load shall enter the Field.

7. No person shall enter or be in the Field unless properly clothed.

S. No person shall take into or have with him in the Field any dog, except on a lead.

9. No person while in the Field shall-

(1) put his feet on or lie upon any seat or lie down in any building;

(2) spit;

(3) fly any kite;

(4) conduct himself otherwise than in a quiet, decent and orderly manner;

(5) walk upon the grass.

10. No person shall pick or handle any flower or plant, or do any injury to any plant or tree in the Field.

11. No person shall throw any litter, paper or rubbish in the Field, or use any part of the Field as a storage or drying-ground.
