ORDINANCE No. 29 of 1936.

(PLEASURE GROUNDS

AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council rescinds regulation 4 of the regulations under the heading "The Botanic Gardens" in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance and substitutes the following regulation therefor :-

4. Subject to the provisions of regulation 3, the Gardens shall be closed during the following hours:

(a) from April 1st to September 30th-

From 8.30 p.m. to 7 a.m.

(b) from October 1st to March 31st-

From 7 p.m. to 6.30 a.m.
